Gluten-Free Buckwheat Pancakes Recipe - Organic Tattva
1 cup Organic Tattva Buckwheat flour 1 tablespoon Organic Tattva Sugar (powdered)
1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ Natural Tattva Salt 1 ¼ cups buttermilk, shaken
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 ½ teaspoon butter, for the skillet
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt
In a liquid measuring cup, measure out the buttermilk and add vanilla extract
Once done, add it to the dry mixture and mix well until combined
Preheat the skillet over medium-low heat and brush with 1 ½ teaspoons of butter
Using a medium spoon, scoop the batter onto the warm skillet
Cook each side for approximately 2 to 3 minutes until the pancake is golden brown
Serve immediately with the topping of your choice
