Homemade Chickpea (Kabuli Chana) Masala

Kabuli Chana Masala Recipe - Organic Tattva
1 cup Organic Tattva chickpeas (200 grams) soaked overnight 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
1 medium sized tomato finely chopped ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp Organic Tattva Garam Masala (optional) 2-3 tsp Organic Tattva Chana Masala
2 tbsp vegetable oil ½ tsp Organic Tattva Amla Powder (Optional)
Soak Kabuli Chana (chikpea) overnight.
Pressure cook along with Amla powder and Salt for about 20 minutes.
For gravy, heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add onion and sauté till light brown Now add tomatoes and sauté till the mixture starts to leave oil from the sides.
Add the Chana masala powder and Garam masala powder and stir continuously.
Add the cooked chickpeas along with the stock.
Cook covered till the gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves, onion rings and slit green chillies. Serve hot.
