
1 cup Organic Tattva wheat flour | 1 cup rolled oats |
3/4 teaspoon baking powder | 3/4 teaspoon Organic Tattva cardamom |
3/4 teaspoon Organic Tattva cinnamon | 1/4 teaspoon Natural Rock Salt |
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature) | 3/4 cup Organic Tattva jaggery powder |
2-3 tablespoons milk | 1/4 cup chopped Organic Tattva walnuts |
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees. |
In a large bowl, add wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix until everything is well combined. Set this aside. |
In another bowl, add butter and powdered jaggery. Use a hand mixer and mix well |
Add milk and mix until combined. |
Add in the flour-oats mixture. Mix until it all combines together. |
Add in the walnuts and mix well. Ensure the dough is slightly wet and sticky. |
Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it to make a round. |
Repeat with remaining dough and make all the cookies. |
Arrange all the cookies on butter paper/baking sheet. |
Bake at 380 degrees for 20-22 minutes. |
Remove the Oats Jaggery Cookies from the oven and let it cool. |
Once cooled, store them in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you crave for one. |
