Grind the cashews to a smooth powder. Then prepare a thick and consistent cashew paste by adding little water 2. Take a shallow pan, heat it on medium flame and add some water in it. Add sugar and stir continuously until it is fully dissolved 3. Heat the sugar syrup until it reaches to one string consistency. When ready, add the cashew powder 4. Stir this mixture till it starts to thicken and remove it from the flame 5. Transfer this cashew paste to a large plate and allow it to cool slightly. When cooled, knead the mixture well 6. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Grease a plate with ghee and transfer this cashew dough on it. 7. Gently roll the dough until it evenly spreads out on the plate. 8.
